At Bless This Nest Creative Studio, we want you to love what you create and purchase with us! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your project or DIY kit to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your project or DIY kit must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused and unpainted

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your project or DIY kit is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized projects

  • Painted or started DIY kits

  • Personal care products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your project qualifies for a return, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a project or DIY kit, the quickest way is to request a return and place a new order for the desired project once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Workshop Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Bless This Nest Creative Studio

At Bless This Nest Creative Studio, each workshop is prepared in advance with materials, supplies, and reserved seating. Because of this, we have the following workshop policies in place.

Workshop Reservations

Workshop registrations must be paid in advance to reserve your seat.


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a workshop, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

With 24 hours notice, you may choose one of the following options:

• Transfer your registration to another workshop date
• Receive a studio credit to use toward a future workshop or project
• Pick up your project as a Take & Make kit to complete at home



Late Cancellations

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the workshop, we may not be able to offer credit or rescheduling, as materials and seating have already been prepared.

However, we will do our best to offer a Take & Make kit when possible.


No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled workshop and do not notify us in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the workshop fee will be forfeited.

Materials and preparation are completed ahead of time, and your reserved seat prevents another guest from attending.


Arriving Late

Please arrive on time for workshops so you can enjoy the full creative experience. If you arrive late, we may not be able to repeat instructions that were already given.
